Shipping, Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges

This policy applies to all purchases made via www.bynatablet.in, operated under the name Shreeji Remedies—a wholesale distributor of Ayurvedic wellness and classical products.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delivery Duration: the product will be delivered within 3-4 days of delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience during such times.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Refund Policy

⚠️ Important: Refunds will only be issued if a wrong or damaged product has been delivered. We do not accept refunds for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect order placed by the customer. If So The Case Then Reffer Below For Further Instructions.

Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Without this, we may not be able to process your refund.

Refund Processing: Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@bynatablet.in.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wrong, Expired, Damaged, or Incomplete items ?

  1. Raise a Request: If you receive wrong, expired, damaged, or incomplete items:
    • For wrong/expired products: request within 7 days of delivery.
    • For damaged/missing products: request within 2 days of delivery.
    Use the Contact Page to raise a request.
  2. Review: We'll review your request in up to 2 working days.
  3. Pickup: If approved, we'll schedule a pickup. If not serviceable, self-ship and get reimbursed via UPI or bank transfer.
  4. Refund or Replacement: After quality check of The Product, Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Conditions for Return or Replacement

Eligible:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Product damaged in transit
  • Incomplete order (missing items)

Not Eligible:

  • Opened or used products
  • Missing original packaging/labels
  • Return request after the allowed time
  • Classical Ayurvedic items unless expired/damaged

If Product Is Not Already Shippied, Contact Us Via Contact Page, Raise a Request To Us, We Will Cancle Your Order.
